I'm a journalist based in Brooklyn, NY. I write about climate change, science, tech, health, politics, and anything else I find interesting, weird, or compelling.
I'm currently a reporter at WIRED, where I cover climate, energy, and the environment.
I was a reporter and editor Drilled, an investigative multimedia reporting project focused on climate accountability. Before that, I was a staff writer at Earther, Gizmodo’s climate change blog. I've also served as a contributing editor at The New Republic, where I edited the site's climate vertical and wrote the weekly climate newsletter, and worked at the Center for Public Integrity on a project on mental health & natural disasters. I've also freelanced for outlets including the Intercept, The Guardian, The Nation, VICE, Buzzfeed News, Outside Magazine, and Teen Vogue.
I won a 2023 SEAL Environmental Journalism award for my work at Earther. I graduated in May 2020 from Columbia’s journalism school, where I was a Stabile investigative fellow.
